Programme Aim:

Unleashing Productivity is a hands-on workshop designed to help teams embrace the transformative capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This session will demystify Copilot and demonstrate how it can be practically applied to daily workflows across departments.

Programme Objectives:

Participants will explore real-world business scenarios, learn to craft effective prompts, and discover how to enhance Copilot's potential through effective workflows. By the end of the workshop, attendees will walk away with a clear understanding of how to integrate Copilot meaningfully into their everyday work.

Programme Structure:

This course is virtually delivered via Virtual Classroom. Half Day Interactive Workshop (3 Hours) Online.

Prerequisites:

Participants should be

• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Teams
• Open to experimenting with new tools
• No prior AI experience is required

1. Welcome & Framing the Opportunity

• Icebreaker: "What slows down your workflow?"
• Introduction to Microsoft Copilot and its business value
• Framing the session with examples of Copilot impact across roles

2. Copilot in Practice: Department Scenarios

Explore tailored, hands-on tasks by role:

• Executives – Summarising reports
• Sales & Marketing – Creating client-ready proposals, hook generation etc.
• Finance – Automating spreadsheet analysis
• HR – Drafting policies and streamlining queries
• Creative – Producing content for presentations and socials

3. Prompt Engineering & Best Practices

• The anatomy of a good prompt
• Tailoring prompts for tone, context, and clarity
• Fixing poor results: refining and iterating
