Event Details

As part of Climate Action Week (12โ€“16 May 2025), Fingal County Council's Economic, Enterprise, Tourism and Cultural Development Department, in partnership with Fingal Chamber, will host five Sustainable Business Briefings across Fingal.

These briefings will interest businesses in the Food & Hospitality Sector, whether you are a cafรฉ, restaurant, bar, hotel, bakery, food shop or food truck.

The Council is delighted to welcome Amy Irwin of Conscious Kitchens as the key speaker at these briefings. Amy is a passionate advocate for waste reduction and sustainable food practices who has guided many businesses on their sustainability journeys to achieve both cost savings and efficiency through sustainable practices.

You will also be able to hear from and talk to other businesses about their experience and sustainability journeys.

Join Fingal County Council and Fingal Chamber for an insightful hour of learning, networking and light refreshments and get inspired about how you can make your business more sustainable as part of Climate Action Week 2025.

If you want to learn more about sustainable business practices or you are curious about the small changes you can make to have a big impact on your business and the environment, this event is for you!
