  • Discuss the five major project management process groups and their associated sub-processes.
  • Recommend the optimum combination of processes to be deployed for the management of projects in their business sector.
  • Discuss the ten elements of knowledge that support the project management body of knowledge.
  • Illustrate the linkages between the ten knowledge areas and the 47 sub-processes of the five major process groups.
  • Devise a comprehensive integrated project plan that addresses every aspect of project management – integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, stakeholder management, risk, and procurement.
